Professional Introduction

Adv. Risha Dixit is a litigation lawyer with experience across civil, criminal, matrimonial, consumer, insurance, and arbitration matters. As a member of the firm's Litigation Division, she advises individuals and businesses on dispute resolution, courtroom strategy, contractual matters, and regulatory compliance, while representing clients before various judicial forums.

A graduate of Kirit P. Mehta School of Law, NMIMS, she developed a strong foundation in litigation through extensive internships and professional training with leading advocates practicing before the Supreme Court of India, the Bombay High Court, and district courts. These experiences provided early exposure to constitutional litigation, commercial disputes, criminal proceedings, arbitration, and complex civil matters.

Her practice encompasses civil, criminal, matrimonial, consumer, insurance, and arbitration law. She has independently handled writ petitions, bail applications, contractual disputes, arbitration proceedings, and corporate advisory assignments, offering practical legal solutions tailored to each client's objectives.

Adv. Dixit has particular experience in criminal litigation involving offences under the Indian Penal Code, the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS), and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO). In addition, she advises businesses on contractual documentation, corporate compliance, commercial disputes, and legal risk management. Her multidisciplinary approach enables her to effectively assist both individual and corporate clients through every stage of litigation and dispute resolution.
